The object of the Site is to present the activities of the ASRC. It must not under any circumstances whatsoever be construed as constituting a commercial service/product offer and it is hereby agreed that no contractual value may be attached to the Site’s contents.

All constituent elements of the Site (including, but not exclusive to, presentation, photos, logos, diagrams & illustrations, trade names, brand names, texts, …) are the property of the ASRC. Such elements are thus protected by the terms and conditions of the Intellectual Property Code and may not be fully or partly reproduced, copied or imitated without the prior written agreement of the ASRC. The collection and use of information and data presented on the Site for commercial purposes is strictly forbidden.


The ASRC at all times endeavours to ensure that information presented on the Site is as complete and up-to-date as possible; notwithstanding, the association may in no event whatsoever be held liable for any outdated, inaccurate or incomplete information presented on the Site.
